Killer B's mission is to bring you a truly intelligent psychedelic journey... mixing up a variety of styles ranging in progressive and psychedelic trance. His favourite being solid driving psy trance for maximum dancefloor mayhem. Killer B's sound is focused on tight beats, twisted rhythms, spiritual vibes with profound bass lines with influances from early techno and breakbeats and this reflects in his productions as well. His quality of mixing and up for it vibe creates an energetic impression and has a reputation for his versatility as a dj and has played for all the major and underground organizations including the world famous Vortex, Nano - Earthdance, most of the Mushroom Mafia parties in JHB and the Eastern Cape, all the Red Eye parties with guests like Zirkin, Shift, Hydraphonic, DMMT and HydraGlyph, Phyx, Afrtifact, Zion Linguist and Noisanomalie. Held a residency at Trans Sky with Sense and played for Lunartech with CPU and others, BlackFoot, Bear Trap & Groovy Troopers in Cape Town featuring Cosmosis, Multistate, Commercial Hippies and Frozen Ghost and Fu-Cha Gatherings with Broken Toy, Avalon, Jay Om, Toxic, Xatrix, On, Cromotsome, Regan, Dickster and many more, Psychotic Productions, H2O, 4Tune Records, Dragonfly and many more. Clubs he’s played at include the legendary techno club G.A.S.S with Alan Inferno, a resident psy DJ at Teknotribe along side international guests like Damage, Haxirai, Anestetic, Prisinors of Flight, PainKiller, Dave the Drummer, Chris Liberator, Ant, Zeus etc., Truth, Lemon 8, Carfax, Labrynth, Organafix, One77, Submission, E.S.P., CCHQ, Groove Bar, Plush are the ones worth mentioning.

He started producing underground dance tracks in 2000, ranging from techno to psy trance. His first success was his vinyl release "Minimal Thoughts" which is signed to the Belgium label Start Stop Records and was released on 2 European mixed CD's. In 2004 he released 3 tracks with Mushroom Mafia Records under the alias Amoeba with Sense and Parallax titled "Morning Star" and "Time Machine". Since then Killer B has released a string of tracks and colabborations on Amoebas records and his latest on Looney Moon and Karana.

He manages Red Eye Productions who is well known in South Africa for keeping the psy scene alive in Gauteng by promoting artists and hosting monthly indoor and outdoor events. He’s been DJ'ing since the late nineteen hudreds and after a couple of years of DJ'ing he started the label Amoeba Records to release the fresh music he has discovered thru meeting and making friends with like minded people and now slowly building up a strong following for our unique African style of psy. Amoeba Records has 5 successful releases, Bundu Bashers, Psyanide, Interceptor and First Light all compiled by Killer B. Next he is focusing on more live sets and releasing his solo album.
